Ann, a native of McCrory, Arkansas, moved to Jacksonville in 1957. A graduate of Jacksonville High, Ann retired from General Telephone in 1994. She currently is Second Vice-President of the Rebsamen Medical Center Auxiliary. She also volunteers at Taylor Elementary, is a Crime Watch Patrol person and also volunteers to give rides to those who do not have the means.

Ann has been married to Curtis Lucas for 6 years and 2 months. In her precious spare time, Ann likes bowling, gardening and spending time with her eight grandchildren.
